About this role
Role Overview
As a Senior Business Developer / Account Executive, you are responsible for developing new strategic accounts.
Develop a portfolio of high-potential clients (mid-market / enterprise).
Lead full sales cycles.
Close significant, high-value deals.
Contribute to strategic thinking around the evolution of the offering.
Targeted commercial development:
Define and execute a prospecting strategy for priority segments (e-commerce, Digitally Native Vertical Brands
DNVBs, B2B players with logistics flows).
Identify and engage key stakeholders (founders, COO, Head of Ops, Head of Supply, etc.).
Run full sales cycles: discovery, qualification, demonstration, proposal, negotiation.
Understand prospects' business challenges and build a tailored value proposition.
Structure relevant commercial offers (transport, fulfillment, hybrid solutions).
Drive negotiations through to signature.
Maximize deal value (volume, margin, growth potential).
Maintain a high standard for pipeline and opportunity quality.
Share your best practices and sales methodologies.
Support the development and upskilling of more junior profiles.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in services, logistics, transport, SaaS or e-commerce.
Proven experience closing complex, high-stakes deals.
Ability to engage decision-makers (CEO, COO, operational leadership).
Value-/ROI-/business-impact-oriented approach.
Excellent negotiation skills and experience structuring commercial offers.
Autonomous, rigorous, structured thinker with a strong results orientation.
Comfortable in a scaling/structuring environment with a high level of ownership.
