Investor and business development: Research VCs and angel investors, prepare pitch materials, maintain CRM, and manage follow-ups
Admin & Finance: Handle taxes and invoices, manage budgets, deal with grant paperwork, and organize lab and office supplies
Special projects: From accelerator applications to everyday operational tasks
Tooling and Processes: Design lean processes to streamline daily operations
Requirements
Clear written and spoken English
German at a minimum of C1 level
Proven organizational skills: You are orderly and proficient with tools such as MS Office, Notion, OneDrive, and LinkedIn
Proactive problem-solving: You identify and resolve bottlenecks before they reach the founder’s desk
Keen eye for detail (we will test this)
Nice-to-haves: basic biotech terminology, experience with Illustrator/Canva/Figma, familiarity with German bureaucracy, background in finance/business/management
