Role Overview
- Handling the ongoing condominium (HOA) accounting
- Preparation of budgets and operating cost/service charge statements
- Responsibility for the correct execution of the dunning process
- Management of payment transactions
- Preparation of monthly statements for property owners
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a financial accountant, commercial clerk, or real estate clerk (m/f/d)
- Experience in property accounting or general financial accounting (career changers welcome)
- Strong affinity for numbers and a meticulous working style
- Very good PC skills, especially Microsoft Office
- Basic familiarity with house bank/banking software is a plus but not required
