Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and customer relationship management
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Collaborate with the Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Provide regular sales performance reports to the management team

At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in shipping, logistics, or transportation; insurance industry experience may also be considered
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Bilingual English and French
