Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience as a Production Support Engineer
- Experience in Archer configuration, access management, workflows, and notifications
- Strong SQL knowledge and database troubleshooting skills
- Scripting experience in PowerShell or Python
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace
