Role Overview
- Execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions and ABB guidelines
- Deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers
- Identify opportunities in the installed base, to improve system performance and operational performance
- Plan and execute service work as per customer order and expectations
- Communicate service work timeline and expectations effectively
- Identify new service business opportunities for ABB, in close cooperation with customer and other ABB teams
- Coach technicians and engineers and supervise complex site activities
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in drives or industrial automation service engineering
- Extensive knowledge of ABB drives / VFD drives or industrial automation
- Experience of ACS6000, LV/MV switchboard, VFD Service ABB products installation & commissioning will be added advantage
- Engineering Degree B.E/BTech
- EEC, Electrical, Electronics or Diploma in engineering in any specialization is required
- Comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing
