Co-handle and supervise general accounting and bookkeeping.
Ensure internal compliance with all financial regulations and standards for business activities in Indonesia, as well as international tax regulations (for our expat team members and partner companies).
Ensure internal and external financial reporting (e.g., tax reporting).
Handle payroll data and release payroll-connected payments.
Together with the People Operations & Legal team, nurture working relationships with stakeholders such as relevant authorities, advisers, and tax consultants.
Identify cost reduction opportunities and potential areas for improvement.
Elaborate and supervise the implementation of internal financial policies and procedures for the company.
Analyze Livit’s financial performance vs. key business metrics.
Lead the preparation of the company's budgeting.
Oversee operations of the finance department and help set goals and objectives.
Review and monitor budgets.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S-1) in Accounting
Minimum 10 years of experience in an FA role in a corporate environment/PMA
Having a Tax Brevet A and B certification is a plus
Familiar with taxation, budgeting, and general reporting
Familiar with accounting software systems (e.g., Xero) and Excel
Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
Proactive cooperation in the work environment and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
Ideally coming from hospitality, startup/SME, services, or IT industry.
