Role Overview
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Correspond with candidates throughout the entire interview process
- Assist in the management and administration of the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
- Partner closely with coordinators and recruiters to improve existing programs and processes
- Provide in-office support for onsite candidate interviews as needed
Requirements
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role
- Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Greenhouse
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts to support US/UK time zones
