About this role

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable automated test scripts using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript)
Contribute to the design, enhancement, and optimisation of end-to-end, API, and UI test automation frameworks
Leverage AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., self-healing locators, intelligent test generation, failure analysis) to improve automation efficiency and coverage
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define test strategies, and ensure comprehensive test coverage
Perform root cause analysis for defects, flaky tests, and automation failures, and implement improvements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
4–8 years of experience in software testing or test automation
Hands-on project experience in:
Test automation using Playwright frameworks
Writing scalable and maintainable scripts in JavaScript/TypeScript
API testing, debugging, and validation
Familiarity with AI-powered QA tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum processes and methodology, and experience with mapping test cases to user stories and acceptance criteria
Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
