You will assist in coordinating our internal talents.
You will support the search for new collaboration partners.
Over the course of collaborations, you will learn how to handle inquiries and submit proposals.
You will learn everything about price negotiations and market rates; additionally, you will receive initial opportunities to demonstrate your negotiation skills (by arrangement), including first experiences in price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners).
You will learn about contract structures in this industry and common pitfalls, and begin to review initial contracts.
You will support the artist managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help to implement them.
You will act as an interface between talents and our partners, plan their engagements and ensure their wellbeing.
You will identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats and shows. In the first year you will take on a supporting role and, depending on development, will be gradually introduced to more responsibilities.
Requirements
At least an internship, working student role and/or vocational training in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g. at a digital, social media or PR agency.
Interest in and a good feel for the latest digital and consumer trends.
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities.
Ideally prior experience in executing and/or conceptualising social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
High creativity and motivation.
Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
