8+ years’ experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or networking roles
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco technologies (Firepower, ISE, SD-WAN – Viptela/Catalyst)
Deep knowledge of network infrastructure (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing)
Expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) across multi-site environments
Proven experience designing, implementing, and transitioning solutions into production
Strong troubleshooting skills, including root cause analysis and incident resolution
Experience maintaining infrastructure health (patching, upgrades, configurations)
Experience in SaaS or cloud-based environments (desirable)
Exposure to virtualized infrastructure (e.g., VMware) (desirable)
Familiarity with enterprise storage platforms (e.g., NetApp) (desirable)
Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible) (desirable)
Cisco certifications (CCNP or CCIE) (desirable)
