About this role

Support and maintenance of ongoing systems and an exciting modernization journey in the area of web-based software development and operations
Responsibility for the smooth operation and further development of office server and operational infrastructure
Develop and implement proposals for infrastructure adjustments
Advise Product Owners and Business Consultants on product development
Work both on-site and partially remotely

Degree or vocational training in computer science or equivalent professional experience
Several years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or IT System Administrator
Solid knowledge of Linux, virtualization (Proxmox), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI)
Experience in administering and operating Windows Server solutions (e.g., AD, IIS, SQL Server)
Strong hands-on mentality, process awareness and a solution-oriented, structured way of working
Interest in working independently and taking responsibility within a small team
Fluent German (at least C1) and very good English skills
