Role Overview
As a ServiceNow Developer Intern, you will support the development and optimization of solutions on the ServiceNow platform, contributing to key business operations and IT service management processes. You will work closely with experienced developers and cross-functional teams to gain hands-on experience in building and customizing applications.**
During the internship, you will be involved in configuring and maintaining ServiceNow modules, supporting integrations, and assisting with the development of scripts and workflows. You will also participate in requirement discussions, testing activities, and troubleshooting, gaining exposure to real business use cases and enterprise systems.**
This is a great opportunity to develop your technical skills in ServiceNow, JavaScript, and ITSM processes, while learning how large-scale technology platforms support business operations in a global organization.**
Requirements
- Basic understanding or strong interest in IT, software development, or system administration
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn ServiceNow platform and ITSM concepts
- Basic knowledge of programming/scripting (e.g. JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a plus)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
