Requirements
Several years of experience in influencer marketing, performance marketing, or creator marketing, preferably in an agency, D2C, or e-commerce environment
Extensive leadership experience, including building and developing teams
Solid management skills: you steer priorities, resources, and structures with an eye for the big picture
You handle demanding client relationships confidently and communicate comfortably at decision-maker and executive levels
You think entrepreneurially and have a strong understanding of performance KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and revenue
You actively use AI tools to increase efficiency
Excellent German and English skills.
