Requirements
Proven B2B sales experience within technology or SaaS companies.
Experience managing mid-market sales with short-term closing cycles.
Consultative and strategic approach to managing mid-market clients, driving predictability through structured discovery.
Track record of converting both qualified inbound leads and outbound-generated prospects.
Skilled in managing multiple communication channels effectively.
Strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume opportunity pipeline.
Results-oriented with a proven ability to plan and deliver on objectives.
Leads client interactions, acting as a facilitator throughout the sales process to successfully close deals.
Collaborative profile, building strong relationships with peers and cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Capable of driving business conversations at all levels, utilizing a win-win negotiation approach and tailoring the messaging to client needs.
