Configure and maintain Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and cloud applications
Develop, implement, and manage complex scripts in PowerShell
Escalate and communicate issues in line with company processes
Proactively keep skills updated with industry standards and emerging technologies
Provide technical mentorship and drive team improvement initiatives
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years in configuring, managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting large enterprise environments, especially within Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
Advanced proficiency M365 products including M365 Defender product suite and its integration with various Microsoft technologies
Experienced in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Vulnerability Management, Office 365, Identity, and Cloud Apps
Core experience in handling technical administration and troubleshooting of M365 Defender suite
Extensive knowledge of MS Defender Anti-virus and Defender Management
Good understanding of Malware Policies & tasks
Hands-on experience with security incidents, alerts, endpoint data loss prevention, threat analytics, advance hunting
Excellent Client / Customer Facing skills
Good to have knowledge on Microsoft Cybersecurity Reference Architecture (MCRA) & Zero trust framework
Familiar with ITIL process for Incident, Request, Change management
Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
