Role Overview
Finance Business Partner working with the directorates (Industrial and Supply Chain), focused on creating value across the supply chain.
Serves as the primary financial and strategic point of reference for these areas, supporting everything from the 3-year plan to generating insights and developing projects, influencing decisions and driving results with a focus on Gross Margin.
Responsible for leading a team composed of specialists and analysts.
Analyze and monitor the P&L of the supported areas, focusing on managing the Gross Margin efficiency plan.
Review and ensure governance of the Make vs. Buy methodology, considering the context of a vertically integrated supply chain.
Generate financial insights and influence strategic decisions alongside the area directors, ensuring the finance function takes a leading role.
Act in a consultative manner, strengthening relationships and serving as a bridge between Finance and the business areas, promoting centralization and standardization of financial information.
Lead and develop the team, ensuring high-quality deliveries and alignment with the demands of the directorates served.
Actively participate in the digitization and centralization of financial information, supporting technology initiatives and continuous improvement.
Responsible for engaging with senior stakeholders such as directors and executives, conducting technical and strategic discussions.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner, preferably in retail or consumer goods companies, with experience in P&L, EBITDA margin and contribution margin.
Advantage: experience in Supply Chain (including Procurement) or Industrial areas.
Strong business acumen and analytical ability to analyze product and area profitability.
Ability to generate insights, influence and impact decisions, going beyond reporting and financial analysis.
Experience in managing relationships with client areas and providing consultative support.
Experience leading teams and people management.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, etc.); postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience in companies with robust financial development programs is desirable.
