Maintenance Operations Professional – O&M Consultant

Role Overview

• Collect, store and analyze data obtained from operational systems for Industrial Buildings and Data Centers related to preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of equipment and infrastructure systems;
• Collect, store and analyze data obtained from operational systems for Industrial Buildings and Data Centers related to the Area's budget management;
• Build BI dashboards for management and control of contractual SLAs, budget, scheduled activities, corrective activities, preventive activities and investments, with emphasis on risk analysis;
• Work together with Engineering teams and Suppliers to prioritize activities based on data analysis with a focus on severity, urgency, trends and service impact;
• Prepare, maintain and enhance management reports, analytical dashboards, system and process automations, as well as executive presentations to support decision-making;
• Conduct meetings with suppliers to align deliverables and update records;
• Support the infrastructure area's budget planning, seeking optimization of OPEX and CAPEX expenses within the maintenance plan;
• Prioritize and manage use of allowances and invoices (FAT A and B);
• Manage offline maintenance and contractual SLA closure, analyze allowance overruns and define action plans;
• Evaluate and monitor all operational efficiency indicators related to allowance consumption and investments (Field, Special Projects);
• Support and guide regional teams in mapping strategic resilience action plans;
• Monitor monthly closure of preventive maintenance, allowances, discounts, penalties and applied bonuses;
• Assess the effectiveness of preventive maintenance in reducing failures.

Requirements

• Experience with business intelligence, programming and AI tools such as Power BI, Grafana, Python, Alteryx, SQL, etc.;
• User-level knowledge of design and application software (AutoCAD, Revit, Project);
• Experience in data modeling and time series analysis;
• Knowledge of governance and analysis of maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, criticality);
• Intermediate to advanced English;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
• Experience in budget management, with a focus on cost optimization and operational efficiency;
• Advantage: technical knowledge of telecommunications networks, integrating electrical and logical infrastructure;
• Advantage: experience in operation and maintenance teams for critical infrastructure in telecommunications, IT and data center environments (Telcos and Enterprise), including mission-critical equipment suppliers;
• Desirable: knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum or Lean Six Sigma;
• Experience preparing executive presentations.
