Role Overview
- Review and abide by all Company policies in latest revision of Employee Handbook
- Support CM (Contract Manufacturer) to troubleshoot PCBA production issues
- Collaborate with PCBA manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and quality assurance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
- Candidates with around 3 years of relevant experience in the PCBA or electronics manufacturing environment will be considered an added advantage
- Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge or exposure to electronic components used in PCBA
- Hands-on exposure to motherboard or computer/server device assembly
- Possesses strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills
