Responsible for planning and executing Dentsply Sirona’s digital marketing strategy for the Spanish-speaking markets of Latin America, covering activities from top-of-funnel through to qualified leads.
Manages the region’s organic social channels, oversees the paid media campaign strategy on Meta Ads and Google Ads, monitors lead performance by business unit, and coordinates Spanish-language content production.
Acts as the digital marketing focal point for all countries in the region except Brazil, reporting directly to the Business Development leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, with at least 1 year working in Spanish-speaking markets in Latin America.
Proven experience managing social media channels.
Background in B2B lead generation or experience with healthcare brands is a plus.
Fluent Spanish (written and spoken).
Social management tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or similar).
Native platform analytics (Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent).
Lead-nurturing automation (RD Station or similar).
