Role Overview
- Validate local tax, e-invoicing, statutory, and chart of accounts configurations
- Participate in AP/AR/GL/IC/FA/Tax rollouts, supporting functional testing and issue tracking
- Contribute to PB1 (30%) and UAT (70%) cycles by preparing test cases, executing validations, and reporting results
- Maintain traceable documentation of testing, process mappings, and localized SOPs
- Assist with setup and functional testing of e-invoice vendors under Oracle-LARO guidance
- Participate in hypercare activities to ensure functional and compliance success
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users during and after the implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in finance operations or ERP environments
- Familiarity with AP, AR, GL, IC, FA, Tax modules and e-invoicing platforms
- Strong Excel proficiency; documentation and process mapping skills required
- Intermediate to advanced English and native Spanish
