Role Overview
- Perform project and revenue financial compliance within OpenAir and NetSuite
- Review and reconciliation and verification of project finance administration
- Work with project managers in setting up project financials within OpenAir
- Calculate and post weekly costings based on timesheets approved in OpenAir
- Calculate and post weekly revenue recognition based on timesheets approved in OpenAir
- Reconcile weekly of OpenAIr and NetSuite once costings and revenue recognition have been posted
- Assist Project managers with queries around project financials
- Drive OpenAIr/project financial hygiene and compliance with project managers
- Regular detailed project reviews with project managers and analysis of budgeted vs actual
Requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Degree/certification in accounting and finance
- 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Sound understanding of revenue, costing and project accounting
- Analytical and methodical approach.
- Integrity, team spirit, and strong organizational skills.
