Gather and analyze business requirements related to Environment, Health & Safety processes.
Configure and support SAP EHS modules including:
Incident Management
Risk Assessment
Compliance Management
Environment Management
Occupational Health
Product Safety
Dangerous Goods Management
Work on SAP S/4HANA EHS Public/Private Cloud implementations.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
Coordinate with business stakeholders for workshops, requirement gathering, UAT, and go-live activities.
Support master data migration and integration activities with PM, MM, QM, and HR modules.
Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause resolution for production support.
Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, reports, forms, and interfaces.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and reporting standards.
Participate in rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

8+ years of experience in SAP EHS
Strong experience in SAP EHS with at least 2–3 end-to-end implementations
Hands-on expertise in Incident Management, Compliance Management, and Risk Assessment
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud
Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to EHS
SAP certification in EHS or SAP S/4HANA is preferred
Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or construction industries is an added advantage
