About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the technical design of complex Salesforce solutions
- Develop high-performance, reusable code using Apex (Asynchronous processing, Design Patterns) and modern LWC
- Configure and extend Agentforce agents; build complex orchestrations using Flow Builder to replace legacy code where appropriate
- Design and implement secure integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Pub/Sub API, or Middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
- Own the CI/CD pipeline (e.g., Copado, Gearset, or GitHub Actions) and enforce version control best practices
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers to maintain high engineering standards
- Utilize Data Cloud to unify customer streams and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- Advanced Apex, JavaScript (ES6+), SOQL, SOSL skills
- Expert-level Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- hands-on experience with Agentforce (Prompt Engineering) and Salesforce Data Cloud
- Deep knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
