Automate deployment processes, infrastructure provisioning, and operational workflows supporting CI/CD pipelines
Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and implement performance or security improvements proactively
Support system upgrades, patching, migrations, and disaster recovery planning supporting operational resilience
Collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams to enforce best practices and support enterprise standards
Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure, automation scripts, operational procedures, and security policies

7+ years supporting enterprise cloud and on-premises systems with automation and infrastructure management
Proven experience designing, automating, and managing deployment pipelines supporting critical applications
Extensive experience supporting infrastructure automation and security patching in high-availability environments
Supporting hybrid cloud architectures, migration, and scaling support in regulated environments (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting experience resolving system failures, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities supporting compliance standards
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred) supporting cloud architecture and automation practices
Proven experience supporting or managing automation pipelines, cloud environments, and enterprise infrastructure in regulated environments
