About this role
Role Overview
Develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
Prospect and convert new clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Manage the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies and sales materials.
Provide feedback and valuable insights to continuously improve our products and services.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the technology, IT infrastructure, and Data Center sectors.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with complex sales processes and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with infrastructure, connectivity, cloud, and Data Center solutions is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Portuguese.
Solid knowledge of CRM tools and strong analytical skills.
