Lead and deliver technical learning programs with a strong focus on Commercial Property claims (coverage, investigation, estimating, liability, file handling, documentation, and settlement practices)
Create and update training content that reflects real-world adjusting scenarios, internal standards, and best practices
Support onboarding and upskilling through workshops, case studies, file reviews, job aids, and coaching
Partner with Claims Leaders and key stakeholders to identify performance gaps and prioritize training that improves outcomes
Define learning objectives and measure effectiveness using feedback, assessments, audits, and performance metrics
Continuously improve training materials, workflows, and enablement resources to increase consistency, efficiency, and customer outcomes
Bring in external industry trends and practices to keep technical content current and relevant
Requirements
3+ years of Commercial Property claims adjusting experience (carrier, independent adjusting firm, or equivalent)
Strong technical capability in commercial property file handling, including complex coverage interpretation and end-to-end claim management
Ability to translate technical knowledge into clear guidance and practical learning experiences (formal training experience is helpful, but not required)
Strong communication skills and credibility with adjusters and leaders; confident presenting to groups
Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines
Continuous-improvement mindset focused on measurable results
English/French bilingualism is an asset
