Requirements
A degree in a related field is beneficial, but we equally value demonstrable, equivalent experience. We welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds.
10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years in consulting, insights, or a client-facing strategic role.
Proven examples of DMU expansion and/or net-new client acquisition.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a professional context (e.g., research, synthesis, presentations, workflow automation).
Proven ability to grow accounts through new stakeholder engagement, strong relationship building, and compelling proposals.
Skilled across the full commercial cycle, from identifying opportunities and mapping DMUs to writing and presenting proposals, closing, and delivering.
A track record of winning new business, both through account expansion and new client acquisition, with measurable revenue results.
Proactive in adopting AI tools while applying sound judgment; comfortable articulating both the value and limits of AI to clients in a credible, practical way.
