Analyzing competitors and market trends, transforming insights into actions tailored to our target audience
Researching and testing new design solutions and creative concepts.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer / Graphic Designer
Experience creating ad creatives for digital channels
Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.) to independently create visual assets
Experience working with motion design tools (After Effects, Adobe Premiere)
Ability to analyze creative performance and generate hypotheses for continuous improvement
Portfolio with examples of completed projects and creative ideas.
