Role Overview
- Lead the paid social strategy across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns focusing on KPIs
- Drive creative testing programs and translate insights into improvements
- Brief and collaborate with content and design teams on creative assets
- Ensure full-funnel alignment with performance marketing and commercial teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on paid social experience
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools
- A performance-driven mindset employing data
- Genuine passion for creative testing
- Experience with Channable or comparable feed management tooling is a plus
- Strong communicator; proactive team player
