Build and maintain strong relationships with a select set of channel partners across the Asia Pacific region.
Develop trust, alignment, and collaboration to drive mutual success through joint business plans.
Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners to align on goals, identify growth opportunities, and implement go-to-market strategies.
Work closely with partners to identify, develop, and expand enterprise solutions opportunities.
Tailor offerings to meet the specific needs of target customers and drive profitable sales.
Review, analyze and acquire a good understanding of the business, industry, regulatory trends and developments so as to provide the Board Members with the strategic guidance, analysis and insights to align directions back to Zenlayer.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or at least 8 years of work experience
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese via phone and email
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Existing relationship with regional carriers is a pre-requisite
Work environment is fast paced, and priorities can shift quickly.
