Carrying out projects in financial and statutory (balance-sheet) accounting for our clients
Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB or, where applicable, IFRS and US GAAP
Optimizing and further developing accounting processes
Providing functional support for system or process implementations
Developing innovative ideas and consulting solutions within the team
Actively shaping your own development plan for professional growth in finance and accounting, for example through internal trainings including SAP S/4HANA, Power BI and Scrum

Successfully completed commercial vocational training and/or certified financial/balance-sheet accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) (IHK) or a comparable degree
Minimum 2–7 years of professional experience in accounting
Confident user of a common ERP system (e.g., SAP or DATEV) and good MS Office skills
Willingness to travel as required in a consulting environment
Team player with strong communication skills and pronounced analytical abilities
Fluent German language skills
High degree of initiative and enjoyment of independent project work
