Excellent German language skills (C2 level), both written and spoken
Initial experience in telephone sales, outbound sales or customer service – experience in a contact center environment is an advantage
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for active selling
Self-motivation, discipline and a reliable, independent working style (freelance model)
Confident use of common CRM and telephony tools or a strong technical aptitude
Stable internet connection and a quiet home office workspace
