Role Overview
- Lead the design and implementation of processes and layouts for complex data sets
- Manage a small team, planning work and dividing it among employees
- Collaborate with stakeholders to generate hypotheses and create analytic models
- Drive continuous improvement using the latest industry knowledge in AI and data modeling
- Ensure organization meets metrics set by leadership including KPIs
- Provide guidance and support to the team and manage the execution of strategies
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data science and analytics
- Strong skills in AI, conversational analytics, NLP, and Look ML
- Proficiency in SQL and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery)
- Experience with Teradata, Looker, Python, and machine learning
- Knowledge of project management, data mining, and statistical models
- Familiarity with business intelligence (BI), software development, and Agile methodology
- Cross-functional team leadership and predictive modeling skills
