Role Overview
- Help to evolve the enterprise people analytics agenda across key domains
- Contribute to high-stakes, enterprise-wide projects
- Design and mature self-serve people data products
- Own Data Warehousing and Data Architecture design decisions
- Bring analytical rigor to enterprise People programs by defining success metrics
- Apply and interpret advanced methods where needed
- Serve as a partner to HRBPs, People leaders, and analysts on data literacy
- Champion data governance, privacy, and role-based access
- Contribute to PAR’s roadmap, operating model, and culture
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a closely related field
- At least 2–3+ years in People Analytics / HR data
- Experience designing and maintaining executive‑facing dashboards and data products in a BI tool
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with a modern cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear stories and actionable insights
- Experience handling sensitive HR data with strong judgment around privacy and security
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or relevant field
