Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven success leading global business lines or holding significant P&L responsibility within industrial, rail, mobility, or comparable sectors.
Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to scale complex product portfolios and translate strategy into measurable business results.
Experience leading multi-product, technology-driven businesses with a manufacturing footprint and end-to-end operational accountability.
Demonstrated ability to lead a Product Line–driven operating model with distributed ownership, embedded capabilities, and strong enterprise alignment.
Strong understanding of customer ecosystems across multiple industries, with the ability to anticipate market shifts and shape competitive positioning.
Proven leadership of large, cross-regional organizations, with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision and performance agenda.
Track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments with complex operational structures, balancing speed, rigor, and execution excellence.
Experience in M&A and integration, ideally with direct leadership in integration programs and delivery of targeted value creation.
