Kick-start your HR career in analytics by supporting the collection, preparation, and maintenance of HR data, with a strong focus on the German market
Bring numbers to life by contributing to regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, KPIs) and supporting deeper analyses, for example in areas such as compensation benchmarks or pay structures
Ensure data quality while collaborating closely with HR teams in Germany and Austria
Act as a go-to contact for HR data topics, supporting colleagues with analyses and ad hoc requests, such as market comparisons or diversity-related evaluations (e.g., gender pay gap insights)
Drive continuous improvement by helping to standardize and further develop reporting processes and tools
Build your technical skillset by working with modern reporting solutions (e.g., Excel, SAP HCM) and supporting dashboards and templates
Gain exposure to broader HR topics, for instance by contributing to projects in Compensation & Benefits or supporting the analysis of external benchmark data
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Controlling, or a related field
First practical experience (e.g., internships, student jobs) in HR, controlling, analytics, or a similar area is an advantage
Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HR systems such as SAP HCM is a plus
Accurate, reliable, and independent working style
Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Very good English language skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2), as well as good German language skills
