Role Overview
- Prepare and draft settlement opinions;
- Manage client communications and negotiations;
- Request fulfillment of obligations;
- Monitor and ensure compliance with obligations under agreements and court orders;
- Update and maintain case management systems;
- Draft straightforward correspondence and documents;
- Process and clear entries in the system.
Requirements
- Availability to work full-time;
- Proactive and communicative;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Familiarity with legal/case management systems;
- Previous experience with settlements/agreements is a plus;
- Knowledge of civil litigation is desirable.
