Junior Financial Analyst – Accounts Payable

Role Overview

• Verify and enter invoices and payment slips (boletos) into the system;
• Schedule payments according to due dates;
• Verify bank details and issue payment confirmations/receipts;
• Organize documents and update spreadsheets;
• Communicate with suppliers and support bank reconciliation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
• Previous experience in financial operations, accounts payable, or accounts receivable;
• Experience in verifying and posting invoices and boletos (payment slips);
• Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level);
• Familiarity with financial management systems (ERP), preferably SAP;
• Basic knowledge of bank reconciliation and payment workflows;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Ability to analyze financial information accurately;
• Good communication skills for supplier interactions;
• Proactive attitude and ability to work to deadlines.
