About this role

Responsible for the coordination of all Department of Transportation (DOT) and Non-DOT drug and alcohol screens.
Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and corporate regulations.
Maintain anti-drug and alcohol records.
Verify regulatory compliance with Corporate and Federal Aviation Regulations.
Follow recordkeeping policies per federal guidelines.
Validate and process Pilot Record Database (PRD) requests.
Collaborate with HR for the management of pre-employment drug testing.
Track and file random and pre-employment drug and alcohol tests.

High school diploma or GED;
1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 years records experience.
Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Highly proficient proofreading, spelling and grammatical skills.
Knowledge of FARs and CFRs is a plus.
Must possess ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to make key decisions in a timely manner.
Proficient with Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, and virtual meeting/Instant Messaging platforms such as MS Teams or Zoom.
