Design and deliver learning experiences that help employees build skills, improve performance, and achieve business goals
Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and opportunities
Design and build training programs, including: Instructor-led (in-person and virtual), eLearning courses, Job aids and performance support tools
Apply adult learning principles and modern design practices
Recommend improvements and enhancements to existing content
Consult with business leaders, school leads, and SMEs to understand goals and challenges
Translate business needs into effective learning solutions
Work with trainers and facilitators to evaluate and improve learning solutions
Support measurement and effectiveness tracking of learning programs
Explore and recommend new learning technologies and design approaches
Track and analyze the effectiveness of learning programs

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree preferred in instructional design, education, or similar field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three years experience in instructional design or educational content development
Experience in designing scalable learning solutions (classroom, virtual and/or online)
Experience with visual design, storyboarding, course-building and editing
Experience in Storyline, Captivate, HTML5, Adobe Creative Cloud, and/or Video Editing preferred
