Role Overview
- Enter and post daily bank transactions into Business Central
- Enter and post credit card transactions, ensuring proper coding
- Prepare and post general journal entries with proper documentation
- Prepare and post intercompany journal entries
- Maintain supporting documentation for all entries
- Assist with month end close activities
- Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely
Requirements
- 2+ years accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting U.S. based companies
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience entering and posting bank transactions and credit card transactions
- Experience preparing and posting general ledger journal entries
- Experience with intercompany journal entries and reconciliations
- Strong understanding of general ledger structure and accounting principles
- Experience performing bank and credit card reconciliations
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, pivot tables preferred)
