15+ years of total experience in the IT consulting/services industry
8+ years of dedicated experience leading complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
Proven track record managing multi-cloud, highly integrated Salesforce transformations
Advanced, practical proficiency with AI-augmented productivity suites and LLMs
Deep, authoritative understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem architecture
Stellar executive presence with a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and assertively
Salesforce Core Consultant Certifications (at least two or higher-tier equivalent)
Advanced Project / Scaled Agile Management Certification (at least one)
Expert-level command over modern enterprise project management, portfolio tracking, and collaboration platforms
Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally or domestically on a need basis
