About this role
Role Overview
End-User Device Support (Windows & macOS)
Provide onsite break/fix troubleshooting and support for corporate Windows and macOS laptops.
Perform hardware upgrades (RAM and SSD replacement).
Execute Windows operating system upgrades.
Support macOS version upgrades and endpoint troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, performance, and configuration issues.
Coordinate warranty support with vendors when necessary.
Identity and Systems Administration
Manage users and computers in Active Directory.
Manage accounts and devices in Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
Perform provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts, update groups, and handle basic policy troubleshooting.
Support domain-joined and Azure AD–joined devices.
Inventory and Asset Management
Review and maintain the local IT inventory.
Manage the spare equipment pool, ensuring devices are configured, updated, sanitized, and ready for use.
Control equipment loan and return processes.
Keep documentation and asset tracking up to date.
Validate inventory records and coordinate replacement requests.
Maintain organization of equipment stock and IT supplies.
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in IT support within medium or large corporate environments.
Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS.
Experience with hardware upgrades (memory and storage).
Experience performing manual operating system upgrades.
Experience administering users and computers in Active Directory.
Experience managing accounts and devices in Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
Experience with mobile device management via Intune or other MDM solutions.
Familiarity with IT asset management processes.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
