You have a keen eye for identifying relevant topics for internal and external communication and proactively drive them forward with a target-group focus.
You develop innovative concepts for strategic communication and implement them together with the centre management.
You plan and coordinate the production of reports, brochures and flyers.
The centre's social media presence and communication formats, including the website, are your responsibility.
You cooperate with relevant service units at the University of Vienna and liaise with other faculties and research institutions.
In addition, you support and advise researchers on science communication.
Requirements
Excellent command of language and the ability to distill complex scientific topics concisely
Knowledge of the media landscape and networks
Experience in image editing and layout as well as experience with CMS platforms (especially TYPO3) is an advantage
Completed master's degree or equivalent
Very good German and English skills (C1)
Enthusiasm for working in an international scientific environment.
