Role Overview
- Oversee financial statement audits including preparation and review of financial statements
- Manage monthly fringe cost reporting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with external auditors as main contact
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Seven years of accounting experience including management level experience
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or CPA preferred
- Experience within a higher education or non-profit environment is a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, and leadership skills
