Build, launch, and manage high-performing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and PMax).
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve strict CPL and ROAS targets.
Design and refine high-converting landing pages targeted at the renewable energy market.
Build and manage sophisticated CRM automations and lead-flow integrations using GoHighLevel.
Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Account Management team to align messaging and execute growth strategies.
Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and contribute to long-term client strategy.
Communicate results internally and support account managers in maintaining our 95% client retention rate.

Location: Must be based in South Africa.
Schedule: Strict 9–5 working hours in the GMT (UK) timezone.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience launching, optimizing, and scaling lead generation ads on Meta.
Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in landing page design and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Automation: Demonstrated ability to integrate landing pages with CRMs and build lead-nurturing workflows.
Skillset: Strong background in PPC, marketing automation, and data-driven decision-making.
Mindset: A no-nonsense approach to performance marketing with a focus on hitting KPI targets (CPL <£60).

Direct experience using GoHighLevel and Perspective.
Background in workflow automation and CRM administration.
Strong copywriting skills specifically for lead generation performance marketing.
