Lead day-to-day operations of the Regional Hub across multiple counties and partners.
Oversee execution of all required and elective initiatives.
Directly oversee core hub functions, including program implementation teams, community engagement staff, regional CBO network management, and operational support functions.
Serve as the primary operational liaison with health systems and providers, community-based organizations, public health partners, and workforce and social service partners.
Operationalize a real-time performance tracking system.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, public health, or large-scale program implementation, including experience overseeing program performance, contracts, or service delivery networks. Must include minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience; OR Master’s degree and three (3) years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, public health, or large-scale program implementation, including experience overseeing program performance, contracts, or service delivery networks. Must include minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must reside in North Carolina and within Region 5 of Trillium’s catchment area, which includes the following counties: Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke, Lee, Montgomery, Moore, New Hanover, Pender, Richmond, Robeson, Sampson, and Scotland.
