Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, consulting, and product teams to drive customer adoption, retention, and value realisation.
Maintain deep knowledge of Blue Yonder products, services, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to effectively position Blue Yonder as a market leader.
Build and sustain strong, long-term customer relationships by consistently delivering high-impact guidance and exceeding customer expectations.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend opportunities for customer expansion, enhancement, and upsell.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in a customer-facing supply chain advisory, solution consulting, or consultative sales role.
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and technologies, including forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and transportation planning.
Proven track record of developing and delivering customer-centric solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
