Develop video and paper case studies by segment, battle cards and objection handling, commercial decks by segment
Launch and pilot acquisition channels: own the relationship with SEO, SEA, PR and Ads agencies until we hire a dedicated Performance Marketing manager
Make the right hires at the right time, structure the function to scale
Requirements
You have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or AI, with a strong PMM background
You can define an ICP, structure a positioning, and craft a narrative that resonates by segment
You have strong storytelling ability: clear, concise, and opinionated
You have strong visual execution skills and good aesthetic sensibility
You have a deep product culture: you are passionate about well-designed products and have strong opinions on what makes them succeed
You understand the main acquisition levers (SEO, paid, content, events), and can effectively manage someone who runs day-to-day execution and proves ROI
You are structured and rigorous: you know what questions to answer before acting
You are comfortable producing assets yourself (decks, case studies, site copy) before hiring a team around you
You have led or managed people, and you have the ambition to build and lead a team
You are bilingual in French and English
